A better boiler starts with a better look at the home.

Reliable heating and hot water depend on more than the box on the wall. Start with your current heating and what you want to change. Vireo then checks hot-water demand, flue and access before recommending the equipment and installation scope.

  • Advice for your home
  • Technical review before commitment
  • A clear scope before agreement

The boiler is one part of the job.

A useful recommendation also accounts for the heating system around it, the way hot water is used and the work needed for a dependable installation.

Heating and hot-water demand

Bedrooms, bathrooms and likely simultaneous use help shape the right route.

Installation detail

Boiler position, flue route and access can change the scope, even when the product looks similar.

Clear decisions

A discussion about your home helps you move forward. A technical check removes the guesswork before commitment.

Combi, system or regular?

Start with what is already in the home. Vireo will check whether keeping that arrangement—or changing it—makes sense.

Combi boiler

Provides heating and hot water without a separate cylinder. Suitability depends on the water supply and likely demand.

System boiler

Works with a hot-water cylinder and can suit homes where stored hot water forms part of the right design.

Regular boiler

Usually works with a cylinder and may use loft tanks. Replacement or conversion needs a closer look at the existing system.

Not sure what you have? Tell us what you know when you get in touch. A useful answer should never depend on a confident guess.

A clear start. Careful where it matters.

Start with an email about your home. The technical review confirms the details that should not be guessed.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the home

Tell us about your current heating, why you want to replace it, bedrooms, bathrooms and timing. If you have a cylinder, tell us whether you would like to keep it.

  2. 02

    See the right route

Vireo reviews your enquiry and explains which details need a closer look.

  3. 03

    Vireo checks the detail

Guided photos or a survey confirm the system, flue, access, condensate route and installation scope.

  4. 04

    Receive a clear proposal

The approved product, work, assumptions and price are set out before anything is agreed.

The details that change the answer.

Tell us about your home and plans. Vireo checks flues, access and detailed hot-water use with you during the technical review.

  • Current fuel and boiler type, where applicable
  • Why you want to replace your heating
  • Whether you want to keep an existing cylinder
  • Preferred boiler position
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms
  • When you would like the work done

Compare the job, not just the boiler.

A clear proposal should identify the product and output, installation scope, controls, flue and condensate work, system preparation, assumptions, exclusions and VAT.

What should a new boiler quote include?

Before you begin.

The honest answer matters more than the quickest one.

Will I get a final boiler price online?

Online planning is coming soon. For now, contact Vireo to discuss your home. The product, installation scope and price are confirmed after the appropriate technical review.

What if I do not know which boiler type I have?

Tell us what you know. Vireo can confirm the existing arrangement from the right evidence.

Can the new boiler move to a different room?

Tell Vireo whether it would stay in place, move nearby or move to another room. Relocation needs an early review because the flue, pipework, condensate route and access may change.

What if the heating is not working?

Tell us that your heating has stopped working when you get in touch. If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, do not wait for an email reply: call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
