Comfort designed around the rooms you actually use.

Plan fixed air conditioning for one room or several, with cooling—and, on suitable systems, heating—considered alongside room use, heat gain, outdoor position and the route between them.

Different rooms need different answers.

Floor area matters, but it is only the beginning. Sunlight, glazing, occupancy, equipment and how a room connects to the home all affect comfort.

Bedrooms

Night-time comfort and a considered indoor-unit position matter as much as room size.

Living and open-plan spaces

Glazing, sunlight, cooking and open connections can all change the likely heat gain.

Home offices and roof rooms

Computers, regular occupancy and top-floor exposure can make a modest room behave very differently.

One room or a joined-up design.

The right arrangement depends on the rooms, the route between inside and outside and how independently you want each space controlled.

One-room system

A single split serves one room with one indoor and one outdoor unit, giving that space independent control.

Multi-room design

Several rooms can be planned together. The survey checks whether separate or shared outdoor equipment makes sense.

Heating and cooling

Many fixed systems can provide room-by-room heating. Whether that should support other heating depends on the wider home.

Share any room measurements you have when you get in touch. Vireo checks each room and its heating and cooling needs before selecting equipment.

A considered installation.

Good comfort depends on the right capacity, airflow and equipment positions, with a practical route for pipework and drainage.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the rooms

Email us about the rooms you want to heat or cool and describe their use. Include any measurements you have.

  2. 02

    Consider the outdoor space

Tell us about possible outdoor positions and access. If you are unsure, Vireo can help assess the options.

  3. 03

    Complete the design review

Photos or a survey confirm heat load, positions, pipework, drainage, power, access and permissions.

  4. 04

    Receive the proposal

Once the design is checked, Vireo sets out the equipment, installation scope and final price for agreement.

The route between inside and outside.

Airflow, sound, drainage, electrical requirements and safe access need to be checked at the actual property.

Before you begin.

The honest answer matters more than the quickest one.

Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?

Many modern fixed systems can provide heating. Whether that should supplement other heating depends on the rooms, the wider home and the system design.

Can one unit cool the whole house?

Usually not in a predictable or comfortable way. Airflow through doorways is limited, so each target room or connected zone should be assessed.

Will I get a final installation price online?

Online planning is coming soon. Vireo confirms heat load, equipment, positions, routes, electrical work, access and final price after technical review.

What if I do not know where the outdoor unit could go?

Let us know when you get in touch. Vireo can use photos or a survey to assess positions for airflow, access, sound and the installation route.
