Know what the visit is for.

Boiler: routine appliance checks can be extended to wider system-health checks. Landlord requests need the appliance count and CP12 scope confirmed.

Air conditioning: the service follows the actual system type, unit count and access—not a generic clean-only checklist.

Heat pump: whole-system servicing includes connected hydraulic and control checks. The Service + System Health Review adds extra investigation, setup recording and a detailed health report; it is not retrospective MCS sign-off or adoption of another installer’s warranty.

Repairs, replacement parts and other work are quoted and approved separately. A diagnostic visit investigates a fault but is not a promise of a first-visit repair.

Routine care or help with a fault?

Tell Vireo how the equipment is behaving. That first distinction helps avoid arranging the wrong kind of visit.

Working normally

Explore routine servicing and email Vireo about the care you need.

Fault, leak or breakdown

Vireo needs the diagnostic or repair details before arranging the right response.

Immediate safety concern

Do not wait for an online response. Stop using equipment you believe may be unsafe and follow emergency guidance.

Read emergency guidance

Quick to start.
Clear about the scope.

A useful record should identify the equipment, what was checked, what was found and what should happen next.

  1. 01

    Choose the system

Boiler, air conditioning or air source heat pump.

  2. 02

    Tell us what you need

Email us about the equipment, whether it is working, your postcode and your visit preferences.

  3. 03

    Request your visit

Discuss the guide price where available and the care you need. Vireo confirms the scope, price and appointment.

  4. 04

    Keep a useful record

The service information should identify the equipment, checks, findings and recommended next action.

Done should mean documented.

A useful service record should show more than attendance. It should identify the equipment, record relevant checks and findings, and make the next action clear.

Displayed guide prices include VAT. Final scope and price are confirmed before an appointment. Any work outside the stated scope—such as repairs, replacement parts, unusual access or non-standard travel—must be explained and agreed separately before it is carried out.

Read the Vireo servicing guide

Before you request a service.

Tell us which system you have so we can discuss the relevant details.

Is a service the same as a repair?

No. Routine servicing is intended for equipment that is operating. A known fault, breakdown, leak or safety concern needs the correct alternative route.

What if the system is not working?

Tell Vireo about the symptoms when you get in touch. A fault or breakdown needs a repair response rather than routine servicing.

How often should equipment be serviced?

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and any warranty, tenancy or legal obligations for the exact equipment. Vireo collects the system details before confirming the route.

Can Vireo consider equipment installed by somebody else?

Tell us the system, manufacturer and service you need. Vireo can discuss other equipment details or service history before confirming support.

What if I have several units or systems?

Include the number of indoor units or gas appliances in your enquiry. Vireo confirms the full equipment count, access and scope before the visit.

Do not wait for an online response.
